Who Are We?

We are a family run business that is broadening the definition of what a landscaping company is. We help people grow their own food for their families by installing easy-to-garden growing spaces. We install anything from basic raised garden beds with fences, to whole property edible landscapes, agriculture fencing, and outdoor structures.

What We Expect

• You’ll work hard and be willing to learn what you don’t know
• You’ll have reliable transportation to get to the job site each day
• You’ll comply with all safety rules & regulations
• Will properly use and maintain all equipment

What the Job Looks Like

• 7-10 hours per day outdoors in all weather
• Raking, digging and other yard clean up tasks
• Use of larger outdoor tools and power equipment
• Landscape bed construction and installation
• Installation of vegetables, small trees shrubs and flowers
• Fencing installation
• Small, friendly crew who are happy to help new hires

Minimum Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to 1099

Pay rate is $18 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

• Experience with carpentry, framing, or woodworking
• Experience with installation and clean up of plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, etc.
• Experience with outdoor power equipment
• Experience driving trucks, with or without pulling a trailer
• Experience supervising crews of 2-6 technicians
